Plain-English terms.
The whole agreement, in words a human can read. This is what you're agreeing to when you share your art with the Collective.
1. Your art stays yours.
Joining the Collective never transfers ownership or copyright. You're giving Freya's Academy permission to share your work in the specific places you ticked. Nothing more.
2. We only do what you said yes to.
Each permission is separate: social media, the website gallery, testimonials, blog features, paid ads. If you didn't tick it, we don't do it. Upgrading tiers later is always your choice, by invitation.
3. Credit, every time.
Your work is always shared with your name: first name, full name, or a handle, whichever you told us. You can also stay anonymous as 'a student'.
4. You can leave whenever you like.
Email support@freya.courses and we remove your content from our platforms within 7 days, no questions asked. Bonuses you already received are yours to keep. Printed or already-published paid ads finish their run, then your work is retired from them too.
5. We never sell or license your art.
Your work is used only on Freya's Academy's own platforms and advertising. It is never sold, sublicensed, or passed to anyone else.
6. Your data.
We store your name, email, artwork, and the permissions you gave us, so we can honour exactly what you agreed to. GDPR applies in full: ask support@freya.courses at any time to see or delete what we hold.
